These White Chocolate Strawberry Truffles are a delightful no-bake treat featuring creamy white chocolate, freeze-dried strawberries, and a sweet powdered sugar coating. Perfect for parties, gifting, or indulging on your own!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 7 oz (200g) white chocolate (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
  • Optional: Pink food coloring
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Blend freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder. Sift and set aside.
  • Heat cream in a saucepan until it just simmers.
  • Pour hot cream over chopped white chocolate. Let sit for 2-3 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  • Mix 3-4 tbsp strawberry powder into ganache. Add food coloring if desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate ganache for 1-2 hours.
  • Scoop and roll into balls. Coat with strawberry powder or powdered sugar.
  • Serve in mini cupcake liners or store in the fridge.
