For Hot Honey:
- ½ cup honey
- ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ tablespoon hot sauce
- 1½ teaspoons minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
For Whipped Feta:
- 4 ounces feta cheese
- ¼ cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup cottage cheese
To Assemble:
- 24 toasted baguette slices
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- 3–4 sprigs fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Heat honey, vinegar, hot sauce, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan. Simmer and let cool.
- Blend feta, cream cheese, and cottage cheese until smooth. Chill.
- Toast baguette slices at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
- Spread whipped feta on bread, sprinkle with pecans and rosemary, and drizzle hot honey
