For Hot Honey:

  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1½ teaspoons minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

For Whipped Feta:

  • 4 ounces feta cheese
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese

To Assemble:

  • 24 toasted baguette slices
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 34 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  • Heat honey, vinegar, hot sauce, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan. Simmer and let cool.
  • Blend feta, cream cheese, and cottage cheese until smooth. Chill.
  • Toast baguette slices at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
  • Spread whipped feta on bread, sprinkle with pecans and rosemary, and drizzle hot honey
