Description

Soft, chewy cookies made with cake mix and pudding, coated in festive red and green sugars. Perfect for holidays and celebrations!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (16.25 oz) white cake mix
  • 1 box (3.5 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Red & green decorating sugars

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
  • Mix cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, butter, and milk in a bowl. Dough will be thick.
  • Roll tablespoon-sized dough balls and coat in red and green sugars.
  • Place on baking sheet, 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cookies are set. Cool on the sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a rack.

Notes

  • Dough can be chilled if it’s too sticky.
  • Switch sugar colors for different occasions.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
