- 1 (14.75-ounce) can salmon, drained
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Drain and flake the salmon in a bowl.
- Add egg, mayo, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, scallions, dill, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
- Shape into 6 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite sauce.
Notes
- Make sure to thoroughly drain the salmon to prevent soggy patties.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes if it feels too soft to shape.
