  • 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Pink or red food coloring
  • Optional: Melted chocolate for drizzling, festive sprinkles

Instructions

  • Grease a 9×13 pan with non-stick spray or butter.
  • Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add marshmallows, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and mix in food coloring until evenly colored.
  • Add Rice Krispies cereal and stir until well-coated.
  • Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  • Use heart-shaped cookie cutters to cut out hearts. Re-press scraps into the pan and repeat.
  • Drizzle with melted chocolate or sprinkle with decorations, then let set before serving.
