Description

These Pizza Sliders are a quick, cheesy, and delicious meal that’s perfect for parties, family dinners, or casual get-togethers. Made with soft Hawaiian rolls, melty mozzarella, and flavorful pepperoni, they’re easy to customize and always a crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients

  • 12-pack Hawaiian rolls
  • 2½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 20 slices deli-style dry-cured pepperoni
  • ⅓ cup salted sweet cream butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the dish.
  • Layer 1 cup of mozzarella, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and the remaining mozzarella over the bottom rolls.
  • Place the top half of the rolls on top.
  • Mix melted butter, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Brush over the rolls.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil for the last 5 minutes to brown the top.
  • Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
