Ingredients

  • 1 cup salted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
  • 60 Hershey Kiss candies (unwrapped)

Instructions

  • Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars in a stand mixer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls and coat in sugar. Place on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  • Chill dough balls for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Bake for 8 minutes. Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
  • Let cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

  • Chill dough to prevent cookies from spreading.
  • Use regular peanut butter for the best texture.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
