- 1 cup salted butter (softened)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
- 60 Hershey Kiss candies (unwrapped)
Instructions
- Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars in a stand mixer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and coat in sugar. Place on parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Chill dough balls for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Bake for 8 minutes. Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Chill dough to prevent cookies from spreading.
- Use regular peanut butter for the best texture.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
