- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet with non-stick spray or parchment paper.
- Toss cauliflower florets with melted butter in a large bowl until evenly coated.
- Mix Parmesan cheese, paprika, and black pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until edges are golden and crispy. Serve hot!
