Ingredients

  • 36 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 3 tbsp butter, divided
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon + lemon slices (for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Pat chicken thighs dry and season with paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Microwave green beans with 1/2 cup water for 8–10 minutes.
  • Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked (165°F internal temp). Set aside.
  • Melt remaining butter in the skillet. Add garlic, parsley, chili flakes, and green beans. Sauté for 4–5 minutes.
  • Add chicken stock and lemon juice. Simmer to reduce sauce. Return chicken to the pan and heat through.
  • Serve garnished with parsley and lemon slices.

  • Adjust spice level by increasing chili flakes or hot sauce.
  • Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
