- 1 box (5.1 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare chocolate cake mix as per box instructions and pour into the dish.
- Mix ricotta, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon over cake batter without mixing.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool completely.
- Whisk pudding mix and milk until thick. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread topping evenly over the cooled cake. Chill for at least 6 hours before serving.
