    • 1 cup cold milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Prepare chocolate cake mix as per box instructions and pour into the dish.
  • Mix ricotta, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon over cake batter without mixing.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool completely.
  • Whisk pudding mix and milk until thick. Fold in whipped topping.
  • Spread topping evenly over the cooled cake. Chill for at least 6 hours before serving.
