Ingredients
- Chicken: 1.5 to 2 lbs chicken tenders
- Flour: 1.5 cups all-purpose flour

- Egg Wash: 1 large egg + 2 tbsp water
- Biscuits: 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 cup cold butter, 3/4 cup buttermilk
- Hot Honey: 1 cup honey, 2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
