  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives

Instructions

  • Par-boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender.
  • Sauté the potatoes in olive oil until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, combine olive oil, mustard, honey, chicken broth, and seasonings. Simmer until thickened.
