  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425˚F and prepare a baking sheet.
  • Melt butter in a skillet, cook garlic until lightly browned, and mix in honey.
  • Toss carrots in the honey garlic butter sauce, season with salt and pepper.
  • Arrange carrots on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast for 22–25 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
