Ham, Egg, and Cheese Bread Bowls are the ultimate quick breakfast solution! Hollowed bread rolls are filled with ham, cheese, and eggs, baked to perfection for a mess-free, savory treat.

- 4 bread rolls (soft or crusty)
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 eggs (room temperature)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Slice off the tops of the bread rolls and hollow out the centers.
- Line each bread bowl with ham.
- Sprinkle in half the cheese, then crack an egg into each bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Wrap in foil, leaving an opening for steam, and bake for 10–15 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For runny yolks, bake for 10 minutes. For firmer yolks, extend baking time by 5 minutes.
- Use gluten-free rolls for a celiac-friendly option.
