Description
These ham and cheese sliders are a quick, cheesy snack made with Hawaiian rolls, deli ham, and Swiss cheese, all topped with a flavorful buttery sauce. Perfect for any occasion!

- 12 Hawaiian dinner rolls
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 12 slices deli ham
- 6 slices Swiss cheese, halved
- 4–6 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tbsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½–1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Slice rolls horizontally, keeping them connected, and place the bottom half in the dish.
- Spread mayonnaise on the insides of both roll halves.
- Layer ham and Swiss cheese over the bottom half.
- Top with the other half of the rolls.
- Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and poppy seeds. Brush or pour over the rolls.
- Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10–15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 2 more minutes to brown the tops.
- Cool slightly, cut into sliders, and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute cheese or add spicy toppings like jalapeños.
- Use fresh Hawaiian rolls for the best texture and flavor.
