This easy Ground Turkey Teriyaki Stir Fry is packed with lean protein, fresh veggies, and a glossy homemade teriyaki sauce. Perfect for a healthy, quick dinner!

- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup water, divided
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated or minced
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, ¾ cup water, garlic, ginger, honey, and brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
- Whisk cornstarch with ¼ cup water, then slowly add to the saucepan. Stir until thickened. Add orange zest and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet. Sauté onion, then add ground turkey and cook until done.
- Stir in broccoli and carrots, cooking until tender.
- Reduce heat, pour in teriyaki sauce, and simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
Notes
- Adjust the sauce sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- For extra crunch, garnish with sesame seeds.
