  • 1 1/4 cups milk

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, but undercook by 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat and set beef aside.
  • Melt butter in the same skillet, whisk in flour, and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Slowly add beef broth, whisking constantly, followed by milk. Let sauce thicken.
  • Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  • Add cooked beef and noodles to the sauce. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Garnish with parsley if desired.
