Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, but undercook by 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat and set beef aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet, whisk in flour, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Slowly add beef broth, whisking constantly, followed by milk. Let sauce thicken.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Add cooked beef and noodles to the sauce. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Garnish with parsley if desired.
