Description

Crispy, golden-brown Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts are the perfect side dish! Simple, quick, and loaded with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz (450g) Brussels sprouts, rinsed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Trim and halve Brussels sprouts. Pat dry.
  • Toss sprouts with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread evenly on the baking sheet with cut sides down.
  • Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Serve immediately and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the Brussels sprouts for 2–3 minutes after roasting.
  • To ensure even cooking, choose similarly sized Brussels sprouts.
