  • Juicy steak strips, crispy baby potatoes, and a savory garlic butter herb sauce cooked together in one skillet. A quick, delicious dinner for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb flank steak (sliced)
  • 1 ½ lb baby yellow potatoes (quartered)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 5 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon each fresh thyme, rosemary, and oregano
  • Salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes
  • Marinade: 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon hot sauce, cracked pepper

Instructions

  • Marinate steak in soy sauce, olive oil, hot sauce, and pepper.
  • Cook potatoes in a skillet with butter and olive oil until golden and tender. Set aside.
  • Sear steak strips with garlic, herbs, and butter, adding reserved marinade if desired.
  • Combine potatoes and steak, heat through, and garnish with herbs and parmesan.
