- 1 ½ lb flank steak (sliced)
- 1 ½ lb baby yellow potatoes (quartered)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
- 5 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 teaspoon each fresh thyme, rosemary, and oregano
- Salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes
- Marinade: 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon hot sauce, cracked pepper
Instructions
- Marinate steak in soy sauce, olive oil, hot sauce, and pepper.
- Cook potatoes in a skillet with butter and olive oil until golden and tender. Set aside.
- Sear steak strips with garlic, herbs, and butter, adding reserved marinade if desired.
- Combine potatoes and steak, heat through, and garnish with herbs and parmesan.
