Description
Crispy bacon-wrapped asparagus bundles brushed with garlic butter, topped with Parmesan cheese. Perfect as a side or appetizer.
Ingredients
2 lb asparagus, woody ends removed
– 2 tbsp garlic butter, melted
– 1 lb thinly sliced bacon
– ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
– ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
– Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Brush asparagus with melted garlic butter.
3. Bundle asparagus in threes and wrap with bacon.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
5. Broil for 2-3 minutes for crispier bacon.
6. Sprinkle with Parmesan, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper before serving.

– Use thin bacon for faster cooking.
– Chill asparagus before wrapping to slow cooking.
