- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1½ cups dill pickles, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Coating Ingredients:
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
- Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in cheddar cheese, chopped pickles, and fresh dill.
- Spoon the mixture onto plastic wrap, shape into a ball, and chill for 2 hours.
- Roll chilled cheese ball in the coating mixture until fully covered.
- Serve with crackers, veggies, or pretzels.
