This Dill Pickle Cheese Ball is the ultimate party appetizer! Creamy, tangy, and packed with the flavors of cheddar cheese, dill, and pickles, it’s easy to make and a total crowd-pleaser for game day or any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
    • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 4 tbsp sour cream
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1½ cups dill pickles, chopped
    • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

    Coating Ingredients:

    • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
    • 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  • Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Fold in cheddar cheese, chopped pickles, and fresh dill.
  • Spoon the mixture onto plastic wrap, shape into a ball, and chill for 2 hours.
  • Roll chilled cheese ball in the coating mixture until fully covered.
  • Serve with crackers, veggies, or pretzels.

Notes

  • Add a teaspoon of pickle juice for extra tang.
