- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 12 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ tablespoon salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except cream cheese to a slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Place cream cheese cubes on top of the mixture.
- Cook on high for 1.5 hours.
- Stir thoroughly, cover, and cook for another 30 minutes.
- Serve hot with chips, crackers, or veggies.
