Ingredients

  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 12 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • ⅔ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tablespoon salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except cream cheese to a slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  • Place cream cheese cubes on top of the mixture.
  • Cook on high for 1.5 hours.
  • Stir thoroughly, cover, and cook for another 30 minutes.
  • Serve hot with chips, crackers, or veggies.
