Crispy Tortellini Bites are golden, cheesy, and perfect for game day. These bite-sized treats are easy to make and delicious with marinara or other dips

- 1 package (10 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Sea salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Melted butter (for garnish)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, drain, and pat dry.
- Set up breading stations: flour in the first bowl, beaten eggs in the second, and panko-Parmesan mixture in the third.
- Dredge each tortellini in flour, dip in egg, and coat in panko mixture.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 14-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with melted butter, sprinkle with Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and parsley.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Air fry option: Cook at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- You can use different tortellini fillings (spinach, mushroom) for variety.
