Crispy Chicken and Bacon Tortilla Wraps are loaded with golden breaded chicken, crispy beef bacon, fresh veggies, melty cheese, and a tangy sweet chili mayo. A quick and easy meal perfect for lunch, dinner, or on-the-go snacks!

  • For the Crispy Chicken:
    • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 2 large eggs, beaten
    • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
    • 1 tsp smoked paprika
    • 1 tsp dried oregano
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • For the Wraps:
    • 4 slices beef bacon, cooked crispy
    • 4 slices Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
    • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
    • 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
    • 4 large flour tortillas
    • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • For the Sweet Chili Mayo:
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Slice chicken breasts lengthwise for thinner pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Prepare breading stations with flour, eggs, and a panko seasoning mixture.
  • Coat chicken in flour, dip in eggs, and press into panko crumbs.
  • Fry chicken in hot oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Drain on paper towels.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and lemon juice for the mayo.
  • Assemble wraps: spread mayo, add lettuce, tomato, onion, crispy chicken, cheese, and bacon. Roll tightly.
  • Serve immediately with extra mayo or dipping sauce.
