Description

A delightful and refreshing fruit salad combining sweet apples, juicy grapes, tangy pineapple, and vibrant mandarin oranges, all enveloped in a luscious creamy dressing. Perfect for brunches, picnics, or any occasion where a light and fruity dish is desired

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 & 1/2 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 medium sweet apples (Pink Lady or Honeycrisp), cubed
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 8-ounce can pineapple tidbits or chunks in 100% juice, drained
  • 11-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the plain Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and granulated sugar. Continue beating until creamy and well combined.
  • Gently fold in the cubed apples, green grapes, red grapes, drained pineapple tidbits, and drained mandarin oranges. Ensure all the fruits are evenly coated with the creamy dressing.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve chilled, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the dressing.
  • Adjust the amount of sugar to taste, especially if the fruits are very sweet.
  • For a lighter version, use light mayonnaise and reduce the sugar.
  • The salad can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
