- 1 & 1/2 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 medium sweet apples (Pink Lady or Honeycrisp), cubed
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 8-ounce can pineapple tidbits or chunks in 100% juice, drained
- 11-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the plain Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and granulated sugar. Continue beating until creamy and well combined.
- Gently fold in the cubed apples, green grapes, red grapes, drained pineapple tidbits, and drained mandarin oranges. Ensure all the fruits are evenly coated with the creamy dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve chilled, and enjoy!
Notes
- Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the dressing.
- Adjust the amount of sugar to taste, especially if the fruits are very sweet.
- For a lighter version, use light mayonnaise and reduce the sugar.
