Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
– 2 tsp cornstarch
– 1 tsp baking soda
– ¼ tsp salt
– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1 ¼ cups brown sugar
– ¼ cup granulated sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– Royal blue, electric blue, violet gel food coloring
– ⅔ cup white chocolate chips (divided)
– ⅔ cup chopped Chips Ahoy cookies
– ⅔ cup chopped Oreos
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Whisk flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
3. Beat butter and sugars until fluffy, add eggs and vanilla.
4. Gradually mix in dry ingredients, then add food coloring.
5. Fold in mix-ins; shape dough balls, pressing extra mix-ins on top.
6. Bake for 10–12 minutes; cool for 15 minutes.
Notes
Use gel food coloring for vibrant color. Chill dough if it feels too soft. Store with a slice of bread to keep cookies moist.
