Description

This no-bake cookie dough dip is creamy, sweet, and loaded with chocolate chips. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or a sweet treat at home, it’s ready in just 10 minutes and pairs perfectly with cookies, crackers, or fresh fruit.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp molasses (optional)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Assorted dippers (graham crackers, pretzels, apple slices, etc.)

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla, salt, and molasses.
  • Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until fluffy.
  • Gradually mix in the cooled butter-sugar mixture until smooth.
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  • Chill for 30 minutes, then serve with your favorite dippers.
