- 1/4 cup raspberry jam (seedless preferred)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder, powdered sugar, or finely chopped nuts (for coating)
Instructions
- Heat heavy cream until it begins to simmer. Pour over chopped chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.
- Stir the mixture until smooth, then add raspberry jam and mix until combined.
- Chill the ganache for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
- Coat each ball in your desired topping and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
