Description

These Chicken Parmesan Sliders are the ultimate game-day snack. Easy to assemble, loaded with flavor, and perfect for sharing with a crowd!


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound cooked chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Butter Topping:

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Layer with provolone, chicken tenders, marinara sauce, mozzarella, and basil. Top with the roll tops.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, salt, parsley, and Parmesan. Brush over the tops.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden.

  • Use toasted rolls for a crispier base.
  • Can substitute chicken with eggplant for a vegetarian version
