These Chicken Parmesan Sliders are the ultimate game-day snack. Easy to assemble, loaded with flavor, and perfect for sharing with a crowd!

- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 pound cooked chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Butter Topping:
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer with provolone, chicken tenders, marinara sauce, mozzarella, and basil. Top with the roll tops.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, salt, parsley, and Parmesan. Brush over the tops.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden.
Notes
- Use toasted rolls for a crispier base.
- Can substitute chicken with eggplant for a vegetarian version
