- 1 pound (450g) cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing (or ranch dressing)
- Dippers: Fritos scoops, baguette slices, carrot and celery sticks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a 1.5-quart baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with blue cheese or ranch dressing. Serve hot with dippers.

- Adjust buffalo sauce for desired spice level.
