Ingredients

  • 1 pound (450g) cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing (or ranch dressing)
  • Dippers: Fritos scoops, baguette slices, carrot and celery sticks

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to a 1.5-quart baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with blue cheese or ranch dressing. Serve hot with dippers.
