Ingredients
Chicken breast or thighs (1 lb)
– Soy sauce
– Shaoxing wine
– Cornstarch
– Chicken broth
– Black pepper
– Bell peppers
– Onion
– Ginger
– Garlic
– Sugar
– Vegetable oil
Instructions
Marinate chicken in soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
2. Mix the sauce ingredients and set aside.
3. Stir-fry chicken until browned and set aside.
4. Cook ginger, garlic, and vegetables.
5. Add sauce, cook until thickened, then toss in chicken.
