- 1 package (16 oz) rotini pasta

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Your Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the Pasta: Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Skillet: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
