- 1 tbsp hot sauce (like Sriracha)
- 4 tsp minced garlic

- 3–4 tbsp butter, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro
- 1 lb (450g) asparagus, woody ends trimmed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Lay out 2 pieces of foil.
- Combine broth, lemon juice, and hot sauce.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper; place on foil.
- Add asparagus, sprinkle garlic, and drizzle the lemon mixture.
- Top with butter cubes, seal the foil packets, and bake for 9–12 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley or cilantro and enjoy!
