- 1 cup bacon bits (pre-cooked or fresh)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, bacon bits, shredded cheese, and beaten eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat waffle iron to medium-high heat and spray generously with nonstick spray.
- Add about 1 cup of the mixture to the waffle iron, spreading evenly.
- Close the lid and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Carefully remove and repeat with the remaining mixture. Serve warm with toppings of your choice.

- For extra crispiness, let frozen hashbrowns thaw and squeeze out excess moisture before mixing.
