Description

Sweet, tender cinnamon apples cooked to perfection in the air fryer. A quick, healthy treat perfect for snacks, breakfast, or dessert!


Ingredients

  • 2 large red apples (Honeycrisp, Pink Lady, or Gala)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and spray the basket with non-stick spray.
  • Peel and cube apples, then mix with 1 tablespoon maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and cinnamon.
  • Place apples in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–14 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Toss warm apples with the remaining 1 tablespoon maple syrup before serving.
