- 2 large red apples (Honeycrisp, Pink Lady, or Gala)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and spray the basket with non-stick spray.
- Peel and cube apples, then mix with 1 tablespoon maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and cinnamon.
- Place apples in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–14 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Toss warm apples with the remaining 1 tablespoon maple syrup before serving.
