  • 1 pound (450g) ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces (1 cup) salsa
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned; drain fat. Stir in taco seasoning.
  • Spread softened cream cheese on the bottom of a pie dish.
  • Add salsa as the second layer.
  • Spoon seasoned beef over the salsa.
